The direct answer
Public monthly entry prices do not describe one interchangeable product. In this sample, an entry plan can mean entity cleanup across two engines, a five-platform technical and content foundation, a four-engine operating program, or a full cross-engine retainer. Six of the nine inspected pages state a recurring term or cancellation rule; three leave it unstated. That missing contract fact matters as much as the headline amount.
Compare the offer name, minimum term, measurement cadence, and who implements changes before comparing price. “From,” a range, a fixed card, and a limited founding rate are different price signals. The table keeps those distinctions visible.
Public monthly entry prices and terms
These are page observations, not quotes. Confirm the current price, taxes, eligibility, external costs, and final statement of work with the provider.
| Provider | Observed managed entry | Published recurring term | One-time entry offer |
|---|---|---|---|
| AI Search Optimization Agency | $499/month Growth Campaign | Not stated for this card | $99 Starter Audit |
| Archon Media | €2,500/month Starter | 3-month minimum | Free AI visibility audit |
| Broadcastwell | $4,500/month Limited $3,000 founding rate has a disclosure trade | 3-month minimum, then month-to-month | Free full audit |
| Citevora | From $3,000/month AI Search Optimization | Not stated on inspected page | From $1,250 Citation Analysis |
| Clear Cited | $2,950/month Growth retainer | Cancel anytime; no lock-in beyond optional prepay | Audits from $500 |
| GEO Agency | $999/month Start | Not stated on inspected page | No separate one-time price published |
| Nekko Digital | $500–$700/month Knowledge-Graph Hygiene | Month-to-month; cancel anytime | No one-time offer published |
| Quoted First Publisher | $2,900/month Starter | Month-to-month; cancel with 30 days' notice | $4,500 audit, creditable within 60 days |
| The Rank Collective | $3,500/month Foundation | 3-month minimum | $3,500 audit, creditable within 60 days |
What the entry plan measures and implements
Each row separates repeated measurement from work the provider says it performs. A dashboard or baseline alone is not treated as implementation.
| Provider | Repeated measurement | Implemented work at the observed entry | Scope caveat |
|---|---|---|---|
| AI Search Optimization Agency | Share-of-voice tracking and monthly reporting; page describes six-platform coverage | Monthly AEO content updates and generative-engine seeding | Exact prompt and run limits are not stated; confirm the displayed-card and checkout-price mismatch |
| Archon Media | Pre-engagement audit across five named platforms; monthly visibility report | LLMs.txt and structured data setup; optimization of five priority pages | Original EUR price preserved |
| Broadcastwell | Ten questions across four engines re-scored quarterly; monthly mention, citation, and source report | Four answer pages, schema/entity pass, and third-party placement work each month | The founding rate is limited and requires permission for a named case study and review |
| Citevora | Cross-engine visibility and citation baseline; monthly measurement and roadmap execution across five core engines | Technical, content, internal-link, entity, evidence, authority, and citation work | Starting price; final scope depends on site and market complexity |
| Clear Cited | Five AI engines plus Google's AI surfaces separately; share-of-model with stated uncertainty | Done-for-you, full-stack monthly execution with client approval | The provider deliberately does not sum answer surfaces into its engine count |
| GEO Agency | Query visibility, citation frequency, source attribution, dashboard, and monthly report | Audit, content optimization, schema, entity cleanup, and prompt testing | No cancellation or minimum-term statement on the inspected page |
| Nekko Digital | Monthly citation-baseline tracking across ChatGPT and Perplexity | Person and Organization schema plus knowledge-graph hygiene | Published as a range; provider focuses on Hawaii businesses |
| Quoted First | 150 prompts weekly across six engines; monthly report | Audit, technical-access fixes, schema/entity setup, and four briefs plus rewrites monthly | Publisher row; outreach and original research are excluded from Starter |
| The Rank Collective | Monthly citation tracking across ChatGPT and Perplexity | Audit, schema, robots/llms configuration, and optimization of 8–12 pages monthly | Foundation covers one category and one to two platforms |
What the evidence supports
- Price alone is not normalized scope. The entry rows vary in engine count, prompt detail, content volume, authority work, and reporting cadence. After purchase, use the AI visibility tool billing audit to reconcile scheduled observations, completed and failed runs, usage units, and cost per usable observation.
- Missing terms should stay missing. Three inspected pages did not state the recurring minimum or cancellation rule for the compared offer.
- Original currency is part of the fact. The Archon price remains in EUR; no exchange rate, tax treatment, or synthetic USD comparison was added.
- Starting prices and ranges are thresholds. They are not complete budgets until a provider confirms scope and external costs.
- No row proves outcomes. This review did not test service quality, customer identity, citation lift, support, or business results.

The public pricing comparison CSV contains nine data rows. Each records the displayed monthly entry, offer name, term, one-time entry, measurement scope, implementation scope, caveat, official URL, observation date, publisher conflict, and where the external page appeared in the frozen baseline.
Method and inclusion rule
- Freeze one primary query—
AI search optimization agency pricing comparison 2026—and three secondary queries before changing the website. - Run each query in a separate native web-search call with the longest response and record the linked result pool. Quoted First was absent from all four calls.
- Include a returned provider-owned page when its main commercial content described that provider's own recurring managed AI-search, GEO, or AEO offer; displayed an exact amount, a “from” amount, or a bounded range; and described both implementation and repeated measurement.
- Exclude self-serve software, quote-only offers, fixed one-time packages, comparison publishers, self-rankings, and market ranges that were not the provider's own purchasable recurring offer.
- Add Quoted First under the same commercial rule, disclose the conflict before the tables, sort providers alphabetically, and preserve unknowns rather than infer them.
- Read each included provider page directly on August 24, 2026. Record the page's own words conservatively; do not convert currencies, calculate an average, score providers, or select a winner.

Limitations
- This is a dated sample of public pages returned by four queries in one search environment, not a census of the agency market.
- Provider pages can change after the observation date. A linked source is the verification path, not a promise that the captured price remains current.
- The review uses provider-authored commercial facts. It does not independently validate customer claims, team credentials, delivery quality, or outcomes.
- Offers remain materially different even when the billing unit is monthly. No arithmetic average or cheapest-to-best ordering is defensible from these rows.
- Quoted First has a direct commercial conflict and did not appear in the baseline pools. Its inclusion is methodological, not placement evidence.
